Melalui program PD-Matrix (Pertamina Drilling Matriculation Program), perusahaan mempercepat proses adaptasi pekerja baru sekaligus menanamkan budaya kerja Pertamina One Culture.<\/p>\n<p>Program bertema &#8220;Accelerating Adaptability, Embedding One Pertamina Culture&#8221; tersebut berlangsung selama tiga hari pada 13\u201315 Juli 2026 di Indonesia Drilling Training Center (IDTC), Indramayu, Jawa Barat, serta Cirebon. Kegiatan ini diinisiasi oleh Fungsi Human Capital sebagai pembekalan terstruktur bagi pekerja baru sebelum menjalankan peran di lingkungan perusahaan.<\/p>\n<p>PD-Matrix dirancang untuk memperkuat pemahaman pekerja baru mengenai visi dan misi perusahaan, budaya kerja, aspek Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE), serta tata kelola perusahaan melalui penerapan Legal &amp; Compliance dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG).<\/p>\n<p>Selain pembekalan nilai dan budaya perusahaan, peserta juga mendapatkan materi terkait strategic directions, integritas dan keamanan, fraud awareness &amp; Whistleblowing System (WBS), hingga pengetahuan teknis yang menjadi inti bisnis Pertamina Drilling.<\/p>\n<p>Materi teknis yang diberikan mencakup pengenalan program kerja dari VP Operation Support, VP Non-Rig Services Operation, VP Rig Services Operation, pengenalan dasar pengeboran melalui Introduction for Rotary Drilling, serta sosialisasi Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP).<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Keuangan dan Penunjang Bisnis Pertamina Drilling, Kristian Rizki Wahyu Permana, mengatakan kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan fondasi penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis perusahaan di tengah perubahan industri energi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Melalui PD-Matrix, kami ingin memastikan setiap pekerja baru memiliki pemahaman yang sama mengenai visi, misi, budaya kerja, serta nilai-nilai yang menjadi pedoman dalam menjalankan tugas. Dengan fondasi tersebut, mereka diharapkan mampu beradaptasi lebih cepat, bekerja secara kolaboratif, dan memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi pencapaian target perusahaan,&#8221; ujar Kristian.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, perusahaan tidak hanya fokus pada peningkatan kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga membangun karakter, integritas, serta kepatuhan terhadap tata kelola perusahaan agar seluruh pekerja mampu menjalankan operasional secara profesional dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>Vice President Human Capital Pertamina Drilling, Abimanyu Suryadi, menjelaskan PD-Matrix menjadi program orientasi yang dirancang untuk menyatukan pemahaman pekerja baru yang memiliki latar belakang pendidikan maupun pengalaman kerja yang beragam.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Program ini tidak hanya memperkenalkan organisasi, tetapi juga membangun pola pikir, budaya kerja, dan kesadaran bahwa setiap individu merupakan bagian dari One Pertamina. Kami ingin para pekerja baru memahami bagaimana peran mereka saling terhubung dalam mendukung operasional perusahaan sekaligus menjaga standar keselamatan, integritas, dan profesionalisme,&#8221; kata Abimanyu.<\/p>\n<p>Selama pelaksanaan program, peserta mengikuti paparan materi dan diskusi interaktif bersama narasumber dari berbagai fungsi internal Pertamina Drilling.
