Nawacita.co<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur mulai menyiapkan regenerasi kepemimpinan di sejumlah organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD). Hingga akhir 2026, sedikitnya empat jabatan kepala dinas dipastikan akan kosong karena pejabatnya memasuki masa pensiun.<\/p>\nSekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur, Adhy Karyono, menyebut empat posisi tersebut yakni Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda), Kepala Badan Riset dan Inovasi Daerah (Brida), Kepala Dinas Kehutanan, serta Kepala Dinas Sosial.<\/p>\n
“Sampai Desember nanti ada empat jabatan yang akan kosong karena pensiun,” kata Adhy.<\/p>\n
Meski masa pensiun berlangsung pada akhir tahun, Pemprov Jatim tidak akan menunggu hingga Desember untuk memulai proses pengisian jabatan. Seleksi dan tahapan administrasi direncanakan dapat dimulai lebih awal, bahkan sejak Oktober 2026.<\/p>\n
Menurut Adhy, percepatan tersebut dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kekosongan kepemimpinan di OPD strategis. Sementara itu, terhitung mulai tanggal (TMT) pejabat baru diperkirakan berlaku efektif pada 1 Januari 2027.<\/p>\n
