Selain itu, latihan ketahanan ini juga meningkatkan jumlah mitokondria yang berfungsi sebagai pabrik energi bagi otot tubuh,&#8221; jelas Todd Buckingham, PhD, seorang pelari, atlet triathlon, dan profesor tamu ilmu olahraga di Grand Valley State University kepada Health.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi yang ingin mencoba, metode slow run-walk (lari-jalan) bisa menjadi pilihan terbaik agar detak jantung tetap stabil.
