Anak berusia 3 tahun itu tampak anteng dan tidak\u00a0tantrum\u00a0selama prosesi pernikahan sang ibu dengan pesepak bola Justin Hubner.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini kemudian dikaitkan dengan asupan makan Kamari, yang disebut lebih banyak mengonsumsi<em>\u00a0real food<\/em>\u00a0dan minim gula hingga usia 2 tahun. Lantas apakah benar kebiasaan makan ini berpengaruh pada tingkat tantrum pada anak?<\/p>\n<div class=\"picked-article\"><\/div>\n<p>Dokter sekaligus ahli gizi masyarakat, dr Tan Shot Yen, menjelaskan tantrum pada anak tidak selalu disebabkan oleh asupan makan atau konsumsi gula berlebih. Menurutnya, tantrum dapat muncul karena berbagai faktor, termasuk keterbatasan anak dalam mengungkapkan perasaan dan masalah yang sedang dihadapi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tantrum sebabnya banyak, bukan hanya soal makanan. Tantrum bisa terjadi ketika anak tidak punya kemampuan mumpuni untuk menyampaikan apa yg dirasakan dan masalah yg dialami. Menurutnya, kebiasaan\u00a0makan sehat\u00a0tidak bisa hanya diajarkan melalui nasihat, tetapi harus dicontohkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Orang tua adalah panutan anak. Jadi pola asupan sehat harus dimulai dari orang tuanya. Anak kan cuma peniru ulung,&#8221; kata dr Tan.<\/p>\n<p>la kemudian membagikan rekomendasi makanan sehat bagi anak usia 12 hingga 23 bulan yang sesuai dengan panduan Isi Piringku dari Kementerian Kesehatan. Pada usia ini, Isi Piringku berfokus pada asupan padat gizi yang didominasi oleh protein hewani. MPASI pada usia ini menyumbang 70 persen dari total kebutuhan gizi anak, dan 30 persen sisanya tetap dipenuhi melalui pemberian ASI.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam isi piringku usia tersebut disarankan terdapat nasi putih dengan takaran 5 sendok makan sekitar 55 gram, protein Hewani seperti hati ayam (55 gram), sayur seperti bayam dan wortel (20 gram), minyak 7,5 gram dan garam 1\/8 sdt.<\/p>\n<p>Porsi ini bisa untuk satu hingga dua kali makan pada anak. Selain hati ayam, protein hewani bisa diganti dengan ikan 60 gram, daging sapi 50 gram, telur 1 butir, atau ayam 60 gram.<\/p>\n<p>Lalu untuk isi piringku untuk usia 2 hingga 5 tahun berdasarkan saran Kemenkes, terdiri atas nasi putih 7 sdm, paha ayam 50 gram, labu siam wortel 50 gram, dan satu tahu goreng. Bisa juga Bisa juga ditambahkan beberapa potong buah seperti pepaya.<\/p>\n<div id=\"next-article\" data-max-pages=\"2\" data-id=\"tgtze6425\">\n<p>Sementara itu, di media sosial Threads seorang ahli gizi bernama Syifa Nur Azizah S.Gz, menilai bahwa sikap Kamari yang tidak tantrum selama prosesi pernikahan sang ibu tidak lepas dari pola makannya sejak usia dini. Kondisi tersebut dinilai dapat memicu fluktuasi emosi sehingga anak lebih mudah reaktif, sulit fokus, dan rentan mengalami tantrum.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Siklus naik-turun energi ini memicu fluktuasi emosi yang bikin balita gampang tantrum, super reaktif, dan susah fokus saat diarahkan,&#8221; kata Syifa.<\/p>\n<p>la juga menyinggung momen ulang tahun pertama Kamari, ketika Jennifer memilih membuat kue sendiri tanpa gula maupun pemanis buatan. la menilai kebiasaan tersebut menjadi bagian dari upaya menjaga kualitas asupan anak sejak dini.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penguasaan emosional, kosakata, dan kepekaan Kamari terlihat matang di usianya sekarang. Otaknya berkembang optimal karena tidak terdistraksi oleh kecanduan dopamin dari rasa manis berlebih,&#8221; jelas Syifa.<\/p>\n<p>la juga mengatakan Jennifer telah membiasakan memberi asupan real food untuk Kamari, alih-alih memberi makanan instan kemasan yang umumnya tinggi natrium dan bahan pengawet. Menurut Syifa, pola makan tersebut berkontribusi pada kesehatan mikrobioma usus yang memiliki kaitan dengan fungsi otak melalui konsep &#8220;Gut-Brain Axis&#8221;, di mana kesehatan usus berpengaruh langsung ke saraf otak.
