Kepala Perwakilan BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Timur, Sukamto, menyampaikan bahwa audiensi tersebut menjadi bagian penting dalam memperkuat tata kelola pelayanan publik di lingkungan BKKBN Jawa Timur, khususnya terkait penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) pelayanan yang lebih optimal.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Menurutnya, sinergi bersama Ombudsman menjadi langkah strategis agar seluruh layanan publik yang dijalankan BKKBN Jawa Timur dapat terus dievaluasi dan disempurnakan sesuai harapan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2026\/04\/09\/kemendukbangga-bkkbn-jatim-gelar-rakorda-program-bangga-kencana-2026\/\">Kemendukbangga\/BKKBN Jatim Gelar Rakorda Program Bangga Kencana 2026<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Jawa Timur memberikan berbagai masukan dan saran konstruktif terkait penguatan sistem pelayanan publik yang telah berjalan di BKKBN Jatim.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Sukamto menjelaskan, sejumlah layanan berbasis digital yang selama ini telah dikembangkan, seperti aplikasi SiapBahagia, program magang, hingga layanan terintegrasi lainnya, pada dasarnya sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu dibenahi agar pelayanan menjadi semakin efektif dan mudah diakses masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ia menilai, masukan dari Ombudsman menjadi bahan evaluasi penting untuk memperkuat kualitas pelayanan yang lebih profesional dan berorientasi pada kepuasan publik.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\u201cSecara umum pelayanan yang kami bangun sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun tentu masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu disempurnakan. Pihaknya berkomitmen untuk terus menghadirkan layanan yang cepat, transparan, dan akuntabel sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ia juga memastikan bahwa BKKBN Jawa Timur akan menindaklanjuti seluruh rekomendasi dan evaluasi yang diberikan Ombudsman melalui langkah-langkah konkret dalam pembenahan pelayanan publik.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ke depan, BKKBN Jatim berencana melaksanakan kegiatan serupa secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya menerjemahkan berbagai masukan dari Ombudsman menjadi kebijakan pelayanan yang lebih responsif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\u201cTransparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsivitas pelayanan publik akan terus kami tingkatkan.
