Kemenag tidak pernah mengeluarkan kebijakan maupun rencana terkait pengambilalihan pengelolaan dana kas masjid,&#8221; ujar Kepala Biro Humas dan Komunikasi Publik (HKP) Kemenag Thobib Al Asyhar saat dikonfirmasi di Jakarta, Selasa (21\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Thobib menjelaskan meme maupun video yang beredar di media sosial yang menampilkan foto Menag Nasaruddin Umar disertai tulisan &#8220;Pembentukan rekening kas masjid yang nanti akan dikelola pemerintah&#8221; merupakan bentuk disinformasi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Informasi tersebut sengaja dibuat untuk menimbulkan kegaduhan. Maka dengan ini kami menegaskan, bahwa Menag tidak pernah berbicara soal Rekening Kas Masjid sebagaimana framing konten yang viral tersebut,&#8221; kata Thobib.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2026\/03\/12\/6-859-masjid-disiapkan-kemenag-untuk-layani-pemudik-saat-lebaran\/\">6.859 Masjid Disiapkan Kemenag untuk Layani Pemudik saat Lebaran<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, pengelolaan kas masjid tetap menjadi kewenangan masing-masing pengurus masjid. Kas masjid dikelola oleh Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) atau takmir masjid sesuai prinsip kemandirian dan kepercayaan jamaah.<\/p>\n<p>Kemenag, kata dia, justru terus mendorong pengelolaan masjid yang profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel oleh DKM atau pengurus masjid, tanpa intervensi dalam bentuk penguasaan dana oleh pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>Thobib mengimbau masyarakat untuk tidak mudah mempercayai informasi yang belum terverifikasi, serta selalu melakukan pengecekan melalui kanal resmi pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mari senantiasa bijak dalam menerima informasi. Pastikan kebenaran setiap informasi hanya melalui situs web resmi Kementerian Agama dan akun media sosial resmi Kemenag RI,&#8221; ujar Thobib.<strong>
