Tanpa perhitungan yang tepat, hasilnya justru bisa tidak optimal.<\/p>\n<p>Salad memang kaya serat dari sayuran segar, sehingga bisa membantu memberikan rasa kenyang lebih lama. Namun, jika hanya terdiri dari sayuran, tubuh bisa cepat merasa lapar kembali. Kondisi ini justru berpotensi membuat asupan makanan menjadi tidak terkontrol di waktu berikutnya.<\/p>\n<p>Pakar menekankan pentingnya memiliki pola makan yang mempertahankan rasa kenyang. Salah satunya dengan memadukan salad bersama sumber protein dan lemak sehat.<\/p>\n<p>Studi menunjukkan bahwa ketika protein melewati saluran pencernaan, protein tersebut merangsang pelepasan hormon yang disebut GLP-1.
