Terdapat tiga ikan yang sebaiknya juga dibatasi konsumsinya.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini diungkapkan ahli gizi Julia Zumpano. Tilapia<\/strong><br \/>\nIkan ini merupakan sumber protein tanpa lemak. Namun ternyata Tilapia mengandung rendah omega-3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Tuna<\/strong><br \/>\nSeperti disebutkan sebelumnya, Tuna dapat meningkatkan risiko terpapar merkuri. Jika paparannya berlebih dapat menyebabkan gangguan kognitif dan masalah kesehatan lain.<\/p>\n<p>Tuna kaleng, khususnya albacore juga mengandung banyak merkuri. Kecuali tuna kaleng dari produsen yang telah melakukan uji kandungan merkuri pada tiap kemasan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Lele<\/strong><br \/>\nIkan lele yang mudah didapatkan ini juga disarankan dibatasi konsumsinya. Sebab sebagian\u00a0lele dibudidayakan dalam perairan tercemar serta berisiko mengandung bahan kimia dan antibiotik berbahaya.<\/p>\n<p>Jika ingin mengkonsumsi lele, pilih lele yang telah dibudidayakan sendiri.<\/p>\n<h3>3 Ikan Paling Sehat:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>1. Sarden<\/strong><br \/>\nSarden mengandung sekitar 2 gram omega-3 per 85 gram sajian, atau salah satu tertinggi. Ikan kecil ini juga memiliki kandungan merkuri sangat rendah, kaya kalsium, dan vitamin D.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, sarden ramah lingkungan dan aman dikonsumsi ibu hamil dan menyusui.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Ikan Herring<\/strong><br \/>\nIkan berlemak ini mengandung 1,5 gram omega-3 per sajian, bahkan lebih tinggi dari salmon dan tuna. Selain itu juga rendah merkuri dibandingkan ikan berlemak lain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Makarel (Ikan Kembung)<\/strong><br \/>\nMakarel Atlantik dan makarel Alaska mengandung omega-3 tinggi serta rendah merkuri. Namun perlu dicatat makarel jenis king mackerel dan Spanich sebaiknya dibatasi karena kadar merkuri yang lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<h3>Tips Memilih Ikan:<\/h3>\n<p>Untuk mendapatkan ikan terbaik, salah satu yang perlu diingat adalah memiliki ikan yang tinggi omega-3, rendah merkuri, dan sumber yang aman serta berkelanjutan.
