Tips itu disampaikannya dalam unggahan akun Instagram resminya @bgsadikin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lebaran memang identik dengan makanan enak, apalagi nastar kesukaan saya dan kalian semua. Sayangnya, kita sering tidak sadar kalau camilan sekecil itu menyimpan kalori yang sangat besar,&#8221; tulis @bgsadikin dikutip Selasa (24\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Budi menjelaskan tiga potong kue kering nastar memiliki kalori setara dengan satu porsi nasi putih. Dengan demikian, kalori yang masuk ke dalam tubuh saat mengonsumsi kue kering tidak berlebihan dan dapat menyebabkan gula darah melonjak atau berat badan naik drastis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Trik dari saya saat bersilaturahmi ke rumah om, tante, atau kerabat lainnya: cukup cicipi satu biji nastar atau kue lainnya.
