BBM Shell Masih Kosong, Ini Penjelasan Resmi Perusahaan<\/h1>\n

Jakarta, Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> | Produk bahan bakar minyak (BBM) di sejumlah SPBU Shell masih belum tersedia. Perusahaan pun buka suara terkait kondisi tersebut.<\/p>\n

Dalam keterangan resminya, Shell menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada konsumen atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi akibat kosongnya BBM di SPBU mereka.<\/p>\n

“Produk bahan bakar minyak (BBM) Shell saat ini tidak tersedia. Mohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang Anda alami,” tulis Shell dalam situs resminya, dikutip Rabu (25\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n

Shell menjelaskan, saat ini pihaknya masih melakukan koordinasi dengan pemerintah terkait proses perizinan impor BBM untuk tahun ini.<\/p>\n

“Kami terus berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah terkait permohonan rekomendasi impor BBM tahun 2026 sesuai dengan tata laksana yang berlaku,” lanjut keterangan tersebut.<\/p>\n

Meski BBM belum tersedia, Shell memastikan layanan lain di SPBU tetap berjalan seperti biasa. Di antaranya, gerai Shell Select, deli2go, bengkel, hingga fasilitas pengisian kendaraan listrik (Shell Recharge).<\/p>\n
