Tidak lupa, momentum ini kerap dibarengi dengan sajian khas\u00a0Lebaran\u00a0mulai dari ketupat dan opor, rendang, sambal goreng ati, gulai hingga aneka kue dan minuman manis.<\/p>\n<p>Meski nikmat, namun penderita penyakit tidak menular seperti stroke, penyakit jantung koroner, kanker, diabetes mellitus, dan penyakit paru obstruktif kronis (PPOK) harus pandai memilah makanan agar tidak membuat penyakit kambuh. Hal ini disampaikan oleh dokter sekaligus dosen di Universitas Negeri Surabaya, dr Niken Sasadhara Sasmita.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Makanan khas Lebaran identik dengan tingkat kolesterol tinggi yang tidak baik untuk penderita PTM. Makanan jenis ini bisa menyebabkan penumpukan plak pada dinding pembuluh darah, sehingga pembuluh darah akan mengalami penyempitan dan pengerasan,&#8221; kata dr Niken dalam keterangan tertulis dikutip Rabu (18\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Untuk lebih jelasnya, berikut beberapa jenis makanan yang sebaiknya dihindari penderita PTM saat lebaran.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Opor ayam, gulai, dan sayur lodeh misalnya, makanan penyumbang kolesterol yang mengandung lemak yang tinggi. Ditambah lag\u00ec jika masakan bersantan dihangatkan berkali-kali dapat menghilangkan nutrisi dan memicu kolesterol jahat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Makanan yang bersantan sebaiknya sekali masak untuk sekali makan. Kalau dihangatkan berulang ini bisa bahaya. Bisa membuat asam lemaknya berubah jadi lemak jenuh dan susah dicerna tubuh,&#8221; kata dr Niken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Gorengan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meski tak terlalu banyak, makanan yang digoreng seperti keripik, ayam goreng, dan lainnya juga bahaya. Sama seperti makanan bersantan, kandungan lemak dari makanan yang digoreng dapat meningkatkan kadar kolesterol jahat dalam tubuh, yang selanjutnya dapat menyebabkan pengendapan kolesterol pada dinding pembuluh darah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Makanan terlalu asin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Niken juga mengungkap bahwa makanan asin dapat menyebabkan gangguan jantung yang berbahaya jika dikonsumsi dalam jumlah yang berlebih. Dia menyarankan untuk mengontrol asupan makanan asin dan mengimbanginya dengan konsumsi sayur dan buah-buahan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Selain makanan yang manis, makanan asin banyak kita temui seperti kacang asin bahkan rendang yang sudah menjadi hidangan wajib saat lebaran, yang itu bisa membuat tekanan darah jadi tinggi dan memicu kolesterol,&#8221; kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>la juga mengingatkan untuk senantiasa berolahraga di tengah suasana lebaran untuk membakar kalori agar tubuh bugar bahkan terhindar dari PTM.
