Melalui ibadah ini, seseorang belajar menunda dorongan, mengelola impuls, serta mengarahkan perilaku sesuai nilai dan tujuan yang diyakini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2026\/03\/05\/unesa-hadirkan-kelas-ngaji-bahasa-isyarat-untuk-mahasiswa-tuli\/\">Unesa Hadirkan Kelas Ngaji Bahasa Isyarat untuk Mahasiswa Tuli<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDalam perspektif psikologi, kemampuan mengendalikan lapar dan emosi berkaitan dengan fungsi eksekutif otak yang melatih kontrol diri agar semakin kuat dan stabil,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menjelaskan, kematangan kontrol diri tersebut juga berkaitan erat dengan emotional regulation, yakni kemampuan seseorang mengelola perasaan agar tetap adaptif meski berada dalam tekanan.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, puasa juga menjadi ruang latihan meningkatkan distress tolerance, yakni kemampuan bertahan dalam situasi tidak nyaman tanpa bereaksi berlebihan. Di tengah aktivitas yang penuh distraksi, Ramadan mendorong munculnya mindfulness atau kesadaran penuh yang membantu individu merespons stres secara lebih proporsional.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih jauh, Diana menambahkan bahwa Ramadan juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan psychological well-being melalui penguatan relasi sosial.
