Alasannya, mudik dalam kondisi tidak berpuasa membantu menjaga GERD tetap aman dan tidak kambuh diperjalanan<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSaya anjurkan sebaiknya dia melakukan\u00a0perjalanan\u00a0mudik di malam hari ya, artinya tidak dia kondisi berpuasa. (Foto: Asuransi Jiwa).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ia mengatakan penderita GERD juga disarankan membawa\u00a0makanan\u00a0sendiri dari rumah dan tidak makan sembarangan atau jajan makanan dari luar karena tidak terjamin kebersihannya.<\/p>\n<p>Pada saat lebaran, banyak rumah sakit di daerah yang penuh dengan pasien keluhan GERD atau maag karena tidak menjaga kebersihan makanan. Beberapa jenis makanan yang memicunya adalah gorengan, coklat atau keju.<\/p>\n<p>Ari juga mengimbau untuk mengurangi makan gorengan pada saat melakukan perjalanan mudik bagi penderita GERD.<\/p>\n<p>Selain karena makanan, GERD juga bisa dipicu karena faktor\u00a0stres\u00a0berlebihan. Karena kondisi di perjalanan akan tidak terprediksi dan dikhawatirkan tidak menemukan apotik terdekat jika sewaktu-waktu GERD kambuh.<\/p>\n<p>GERD memiliki gejala di antaranya heartburn, nyeri dada, dan mulut terasa pahit.
