Pakar penyakit dalam konsultan ginjal-hipertensi lulusan Universitas Hasanuddin, dr Dina Nilasari, Ph.D, Sp.PD, KGH, membagikan cara agar fungsi\u00a0filtrasi tubuh\u00a0ini tetap terjaga tanpa mengganggu kekhusyukan ibadah pada bulan Ramadhan.<\/p>\n<p>Tantangan utama ginjal saat berpuasa adalah risiko kekurangan cairan atau dehidrasi. Ginjal membutuhkan air yang cukup untuk membuang limbah sisa metabolisme dari darah dalam bentuk urine. Ketika\u00a0asupan cairan\u00a0berkurang drastis selama belasan jam, ginjal harus bekerja lebih keras untuk memekatkan urine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMenjaga\u00a0kesehatan ginjal\u00a0selama bulan puasa itu dengan minum yang cukup. Foto: Halodoc.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dina mengatakan rutin meminum air sebanyak 2 liter per hari atau setara dengan 8 gelas merupakan hal yang wajib dilakukan guna menghindari risiko terjadinya\u00a0dehidrasi\u00a0selama berpuasa. Pemenuhan cairan dalam tubuh juga dapat dilakukan melalui konsumsi buah-buahan utuh seperti pisang maupun\u00a0jus buah\u00a0yang berserat ketika berbuka puasa. Dia membeberkan meminum jus buah dengan serat akan membantu asupan gula yang masuk ke dalam tubuh secara perlahan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJus usahakan jangan yang hanya air saja tapi dengan ampasnya. Karena yang hanya air saja itu juga gula, sama saja dengan kita meminum gula,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n<p>Dina menganjurkan supaya masyarakat membuat jus buah secara mandiri agar asupan gizi dapat terjamin dan jauh lebih bersih serta higienis. Jus yang dibuat diharapkan tidak menambahkan gula.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTapi memakai jenis seperti stevia boleh karena itu natural, yang tidak oke adalah yang\u00a0gula buatan\u00a0seperti sakarin. Itu dianggap penelitian bisa menyebabkan kanker, jadi mungkin kita harus hindari itu,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<div id=\"next-article\" data-max-pages=\"3\" data-id=\"tb45bh425\">\n<p>Masyarakat juga diharapkan untuk tidak termakan dengan segala macam bentuk promosi dari jus kemasan yang menyatakan tidak mengandung gula tambahan, karena menurutnya tidak termasuk dalam minuman sehat. Kemudian pada saat sahur, ia merekomendasikan supaya tidak mengonsumsi minuman dalam bentuk kopi atau teh karena mengandung kafein.<\/p>\n<p>Kafein yang masuk ke dalam tubuh akan mendorong orang yang mengonsumsinya mengalami diuresis atau proses peningkatan produksi dan pengeluaran urine oleh ginjal, yang menyebabkan frekuensi buang air kecil lebih sering dan volume urine lebih banyak dari batas normal. Dikhawatirkan kondisi tersebut akan meningkatkan risiko dehidrasi. Selain memenuhi kebutuhan cairan tubuh, Dina menyampaikan masyarakat harus mengonsumsi makanan yang sehat termasuk sayur dan buah-buahan yang kaya akan mineral dan serat.<\/p>\n<p>Makan makanan manis seperti kue, makanan bertepung dan goreng-gorengan tidak dianjurkan. \u201cTapi kalau misalnya kurma itu dimakan sampai tiga butir itu masih tidak ada masalah,\u201d kata dia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pola\u00a0minum saat puasa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Senior Clinical Nutritionist dari Aster Hospitals di India, Aditi Prasad Apte, mengatakan perencanaan asupan air adalah pilar utama untuk menghindari kelelahan kronis dan sakit kepala selama Ramadhan. &#8220;Berpuasa selama Ramadhan membutuhkan pengelolaan hidrasi yang tepat untuk menghindari dehidrasi, kelelahan, dan sakit kepala selama waktu iftar dan sahur,&#8221; ujarnya dikutip dari\u00a0<em>India Today<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mengatakan minum dengan cara yang benar tidak hanya menjaga tingkat energi, tetapi juga mendukung sistem pencernaan dan mencegah masalah umum seperti pusing, kelemahan, hingga mulut kering yang mengganggu kenyamanan.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan pedoman kesehatan dunia (WHO) dan saran para ahli, orang dewasa memerlukan setidaknya 2 hingga 2,5 liter air, atau setara dengan 8 hingga 10 gelas dalam rentang waktu antara berbuka hingga sahur. Buka puasa<\/h3>\n<p>Awali dengan satu hingga dua gelas air putih hangat secara perlahan bersama beberapa butir kurma. Air hangat lebih ramah bagi lambung yang kosong dibandingkan air es yang bisa memicu kontraksi otot perut.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Masa transisi (buka puasa ke sahur)<\/h3>\n<p>Usahakan minum sekitar 150 ml (setengah gelas) setiap 30 hingga 60 menit. Pola ini membantu sel tubuh menyerap cairan lebih efektif tanpa membuangnya langsung melalui urine.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Penutup (sahur)<\/h3>\n<p>Tutup dengan dua hingga tiga gelas air putih. Ini adalah investasi terakhir sebelum tubuh memasuki masa &#8220;kekeringan&#8221; belasan jam ke depan.<\/p>\n<p>Selain jumlah air, pilihan jenis minuman sangat menentukan kualitas hidrasi Anda. Dokter Aditi sangat menyarankan untuk menghindari minuman berkafein seperti teh pekat, kopi, dan soda, terutama saat sahur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Teh, kopi, dan kola bersifat diuretik, yang justru meningkatkan pembuangan cairan dari tubuh secara lebih cepat melalui urine,&#8221; ujarnya.
