Dion Haryadi dalam unggahan Instagram dionharyadi (18\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Menyoal mitos minum air dingin yang bikin lemak tubuh mengental, dr. Dion menambahkan, &#8220;Tubuh kita sudah didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga lemak yang kita konsumsi nggak akan mengental karena terkena air dingin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kalau berat badanmu bertambah, perut terasa begah, atau metabolisme melambat, lebih mudah lelah, itu karena bukan karena (minum) air dingin, tapi karena gaya hidup yang buruk,&#8221; lanjut dr. Konsumsi gula berlebihan saat berbuka bisa membuat kadar gula darah naik cepat lalu turun drastis, sehingga tubuh kembali terasa lemas.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, teh mengandung kafein meski dalam jumlah lebih rendah dibanding kopi. Pada sebagian orang, konsumsi kafein berlebihan saat perut kosong bisa memicu asam lambung atau membuat perut terasa kurang nyaman.<\/p>\n<p>Jika ingin tetap minum es teh saat berbuka, sebaiknya pilih yang tidak terlalu manis atau kurangi takaran gulanya.
