Inovasi ini diimplementasikan melalui Program Innovillage 2025 dengan dukungan pendanaan dari PT Telkom Indonesia dan pendampingan dosen ITS.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">Program ini dipimpin oleh Riva Rizkiana Ramadhani, mahasiswa Teknik Fisika ITS, bersama dua anggota lintas disiplin. Inovasi yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan sistem budidaya ikan metode bioflok dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif, dilengkapi teknologi monitoring kualitas air secara real-time dan sistem rekomendasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Pendekatan ini ditujukan untuk menekan biaya operasional, meningkatkan produktivitas perikanan, sekaligus mengelola limbah organik desa secara sirkular.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">Desa Kalanganyar dipilih sebagai lokasi implementasi karena merupakan wilayah pesisir yang rentan terhadap banjir rob dan degradasi tambak, yang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir berdampak pada hilangnya ribuan hektare lahan produktif. Kehadiran sistem kolam terpal yang adaptif, kontrol kualitas air berbasis sensor, serta pemanfaatan maggot dari limbah organik dinilai mampu meningkatkan resiliensi pangan masyarakat desa. Inovasi digital untuk desa yang dihadirkan dalam program ini berupa sistem monitoring <span class=\"s6\">real-time<\/span>terintegrasi IOT dengan fitur tambahan berupa pengecekan kesegaran, dukungan pemasaran, hingga pembelajaran. Program ini disambut baik oleh pengelola Tempat Pembuangan Sampah <span class=\"s6\">Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle <\/span>(TPS3R) Desa Kalanganyar selaku penerima manfaat utama program.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">Selain pembangunan dua infrastruktur kolam budidaya ikan dan sistem budidaya maggot di TPS3R Desa Kalanganyar, tim juga menyelenggarakan pelatihan budidaya ikan dan pemasaran digital kepada masyarakat. Pelatihan ini melibatkan pengelola TPS3R, masyarakat desa, volunteer mahasiswa ITS, serta pelajar sekolah setempat sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan literasi teknologi dan ekonomi sirkular.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">\n<p class=\"s5\">Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan manfaat langsung kepada 34 penerima manfaat, yang terdiri dari pengelola TPS3R, masyarakat desa, volunteer mahasiswa, dan tim pelaksana. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan literasi dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam budidaya ikan berbasis teknologi serta penguatan peran TPS3R tidak hanya sebagai pengelola sampah, tetapi juga sebagai unit ekonomi produktif.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">Program Innovillage 2025 ini juga mendukung pencapaian sejumlah Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), antara lain pengentasan kemiskinan, ketahanan pangan, pertumbuhan ekonomi desa, serta konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab. Melalui konsep Creating Shared Value (CSV), inovasi ini membangun ekosistem kolaboratif antara perguruan tinggi, masyarakat desa, sektor bisnis, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\">\u201cDalam ketahanan pangan, <span class=\"s6\">circular economy<\/span> bukan sekadar konsep, tapi solusi yang memanfaatkan kembali sumber daya lokal untuk sumber pangan berkelanjutan, masyarakat berdaya, dan masa depan tetap terjaga.
