Ekspose ini menjadi tahapan akhir sebelum penetapan resmi oleh BKN.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pemaparan tersebut, Pemprov Kaltim menampilkan simulasi pengisian Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama yang kosong melalui mekanisme talent match. Skema ini menyesuaikan kebutuhan jabatan dengan kompetensi, kinerja, dan potensi ASN, sehingga proses pengisian jabatan berjalan objektif dan terukur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2026\/02\/04\/sekda-kaltim-hadiri-peringatan-malam-nisfu-syaban-di-islamic-center-samarinda\/\">Sekda Kaltim Hadiri Peringatan Malam Nisfu Syaban di Islamic Center Samarinda<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sri Wahyuni menyampaikan bahwa Pemprov Kaltim menargetkan penerapan Manajemen Talenta dapat segera berjalan setelah diterbitkannya Surat Keputusan (SK) penetapan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBegitu SK diterbitkan, Manajemen Talenta langsung diterapkan untuk pengisian jabatan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga menegaskan pentingnya akurasi data ASN sebagai kunci utama keberhasilan sistem tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cManajemen Talenta bertumpu pada data.
