Bagi banyak pekerja kantoran, mahasiswa, hingga praktisi kreatif, sensasi ini sering kali dianggap sebagai\u00a0kelelahan otot\u00a0biasa yang akan hilang hanya dengan pijatan ringan.<\/p>\n<p>Apa yang tampak seperti sekadar kram otot bisa jadi merupakan sinyal dari\u00a0gangguan saraf\u00a0yang jauh lebih serius. Sebuah peringatan penting muncul bagi siapa saja yang bekerja dalam durasi lama dengan perangkat digital yaitu\u00a0aktivitas repetitif\u00a0tanpa jeda dapat memicu\u00a0masalah neurologis\u00a0yang menetap.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk membedah fenomena ini, konsultan\u00a0bedah saraf\u00a0fungsional dari Wockhardt Hospitals, Mumbai Central, India,\u00a0dr Manish Baldia,\u00a0memberikan penjelasan yang membuka mata. Ternyata, kram tangan saat bekerja tidak selalu bersumber dari masalah otot belaka, melainkan bisa ditelusuri kembali ke gangguan pada saraf yang terhubung langsung ke otak dan sistem saraf pusat.<\/p>\n<p>Dia\u00a0menyebut kondisi ini sebagai<em>\u00a0dystonia<\/em>, sebuah gangguan pergerakan pada sistem saraf yang sering kali disalahpahami oleh masyarakat awam. Dokter Baldia menekankan bahwa banyak orang terjebak dalam diagnosa yang keliru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/06\/01\/waspada-5-gangguan-tubuh-akibat-kecanduan-rokok\/\">Waspada! 5 Gangguan Tubuh Akibat Kecanduan Rokok<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kram penulis (<em>writer\u2019s cramp<\/em>) dapat dengan mudah disalahartikan atau dianggap sebagai ketegangan atau penggunaan tangan yang berlebihan, namun sebenarnya itu bisa merupakan gangguan pergerakan saraf, yang secara lebih tepat dikenal sebagai\u00a0<em>dystonia<\/em>\u00a0fokal tugas spesifik,&#8221; ujarnya dikutip dari laman\u00a0<em>Hindustan Times<\/em>\u00a0pada Senin (2\/2\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Meskipun tangan terlihat kuat secara fisik, masalah sebenarnya terletak pada malfungsi sinyal saraf yang muncul akibat gerakan berulang.\u00a0<em>Dystonia<\/em> terjadi karena impuls saraf terbentuk secara tidak normal di dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Meskipun tangan tetap kuat dan sehat, serta terbentuk secara normal, masalah ini pada dasarnya adalah pembentukan impuls saraf yang tidak normal, yang dapat memengaruhi tindakan apa pun yang memerlukan pengulangan, seperti menulis, mengetik, atau mengklik mouse komputer,&#8221; ujar dr Baldia.<\/p>\n<p>Kondisi ini biasanya memicu komplikasi berupa kram spasmodik pada jari-jari yang disertai dengan hilangnya kekuatan cengkeraman secara mendadak. Sering kali, tanda-tanda ini diabaikan karena dianggap sebagai efek samping stres kerja atau kelelahan biasa.<\/p>\n<p>Dokter Baldia menceritakan salah satu pengalaman klinisnya saat menangani pasien yang bekerja sebagai\u00a0<em>software engineer\u00a0<\/em>berusia 28 tahun. Sayangnya, jalan menuju kesembuhan tidaklah instan.
