Menanggapi kondisi ini, Prof Dr dr Anggraini Alam, Sp.A, Subsp. IPT(K), yang merupakan Anggota Unit Kerja Koordinasi Infeksi Penyakit Tropik Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI), menekankan pentingnya masyarakat untuk memperbanyak konsumsi makanan sumber vitamin D.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Prof Anggraini, vitamin D memiliki peran krusial dalam memperkuat\u00a0sistem imun\u00a0tubuh untuk menghalau berbagai\u00a0infeksi penyakit tropis\u00a0yang sering mewabah saat musim hujan. Dan belum lagi, susu, yoghurt, sereal itu juga ada,&#8221; kata dia dalam webinar &#8220;Mewaspadai\u00a0Penyakit Anak\u00a0di\u00a0Musim Hujan\u00a0dan Banjir bersama IDAI&#8221; yang diikuti secara daring dari Jakarta pada Jumat (30\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Saat hujan turun terus-menerus sehingga susah mendapatkan paparan sinar matahari langsung, ia mengatakan, suplemen vitamin D dengan dosis 400 IU sampai maksimal 1.000 IU dapat dikonsumsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan vitamin D.
