Rita mengatakan susu memiliki kedudukan dapat dikonsumsi sebagai bagian dari makan lengkap, terutama pada pagi hari, atau dijadikan makanan selingan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalaupun anak suka susu, orang tua tetap harus mengkondisikan bahwa anak harus makan lengkap ketika makan utama, misalnya siang hari makan lengkap. Tapi jangan sampai diposisikan susu menggantikan makan lengkap, tidak demikian,\u201d kata Rita, Jumat (9\/1\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Rita menjelaskan bahwa susu hanya melengkapi makanan utama anak karena dari situ akan mendapatkan protein dan kalsium. Jika semuanya diganti ke susu, justru anak kemungkinan banyak mendapatkan risiko kekurangan gizi, seperti karbohidrat kompleksnya bisa kurang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTidak ada seratnya dan juga keseimbangan antara karbo, protein, lemak dan mikronutrien itu enggak tercipta kalau mengonsumsi hanya berupa makanan cair saja. Dan tentunya proses pencernaan di dalam tubuh juga tidak baik kalau hanya menerima makanan cair saja,\u201d tutur dia.<\/p>\n<p>Dosen Pasca Sarjana Magister Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Faletehan itu mengatakan bahwa anak-anak tengah berada pada masa pembelajaran, penentuan atau pembentukan kebiasaan makan yang baik.
