{"id":270212,"date":"2025-12-30T19:55:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T12:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=270212"},"modified":"2025-12-30T19:55:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T12:55:13","slug":"dirut-kai-tinjau-dan-sapa-pelanggan-di-surabaya-pastikan-layanan-prima-di-masa-nataru","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/12\/30\/dirut-kai-tinjau-dan-sapa-pelanggan-di-surabaya-pastikan-layanan-prima-di-masa-nataru\/","title":{"rendered":"Dirut KAI Tinjau dan Sapa Pelanggan di Surabaya, Pastikan Layanan Prima di Masa Nataru"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Dirut KAI Tinjau dan Sapa Pelanggan di Surabaya, Pastikan Layanan Prima di Masa Nataru<\/h1>\n<p><strong>SURABAYA, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\">Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Dalam rangka memastikan kelancaran dan kualitas layanan selama masa Angkutan Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru) 2025\/2026, Direktur Utama PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Bobby Rasyidin, melakukan peninjauan langsung ke Stasiun Surabaya Pasarturi dan Stasiun Surabaya Gubeng, Selasa (30\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Kunjungan tersebut dilakukan untuk memastikan kesiapan operasional, fasilitas pelanggan, serta pelayanan perjalanan kereta api di wilayah PT KAI Daerah Operasi (Daop) 8 Surabaya yang menjadi salah satu daerah dengan mobilitas penumpang tertinggi selama libur akhir tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam peninjauan itu, Direktur Utama KAI mengecek langsung berbagai fasilitas layanan pelanggan, mulai dari loket, customer service, hingga sarana dan prasarana stasiun. Selain itu, Bobby Rasyidin juga memantau data pergerakan penumpang dan menyapa serta berdialog langsung dengan pelanggan guna mendengarkan pengalaman mereka selama menggunakan layanan kereta api.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Utama KAI turut menanyakan secara langsung kepada pelanggan terkait kemudahan pemesanan tiket, akses layanan, kenyamanan fasilitas stasiun, hingga kualitas pelayanan petugas. Kami ingin memastikan seluruh proses pelayanan berjalan optimal, sekaligus mendengarkan langsung masukan dari pelanggan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan peningkatan layanan ke depan,\u201d ujar Manager Humas KAI Daop 8 Surabaya, Mahendro Trang Bawono.<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan data sementara hingga Selasa (30\/12) pukul 10.00 WIB, tercatat sebanyak 42.208 penumpang menggunakan layanan kereta api di wilayah Daop 8 Surabaya. Dari jumlah tersebut, sebanyak 21.118 penumpang berangkat dan 21.090 penumpang tiba di berbagai stasiun. Artinya, masih tersedia sekitar 62.035 tempat duduk yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRute favorit pelanggan dari wilayah Daop 8 Surabaya selama Nataru antara lain menuju Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Bandung, dan Ketapang. Perjalanan didominasi oleh aktivitas liburan, silaturahmi, serta mobilitas akhir tahun bersama keluarga,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, kereta api favorit pelanggan meliputi KA Argo Semeru, KA Ambarawa Ekspres, KA Jayabaya, KA Probowangi, dan KA Sancaka yang dikenal memiliki kenyamanan layanan, ketepatan waktu, serta konektivitas antarkota yang andal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKAI mengajak masyarakat untuk segera memanfaatkan ketersediaan tiket yang masih ada dan merencanakan perjalanan dengan baik.
