Padahal, kualitas tidur bukan sekadar perkara melepas lelah setelah seharian beraktivitas, melainkan salah satu pilar fundamental yang menyokong kesehatan fisik sekaligus mental manusia.<\/p>\n<p>Tidur yang terganggu sebenarnya bisa menjadi indikator adanya masalah\u00a0kesehatan mental\u00a0yang lebih dalam, seperti stres, kecemasan, hingga depresi. Menurutnya, jenis\u00a0gangguan tidur\u00a0yang dialami seseorang bisa menunjukkan spektrum masalah mental yang berbeda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMeski penderita masalah depresi dapat dengan mudah mengalami insomnia terminal, di mana mereka kesulitan tidur karena biasanya terbangun di tengah malam dan tidak mampu tidur kembali, orang dengan gangguan kecemasan justru kesulitan untuk mulai memejamkan mata karena kekhawatiran mereka, sehingga mengalami insomnia awal,\u201d\u00a0ujar\u00a0dr Darshi dikutip dari laman\u00a0<em>Hindustan Times<\/em>\u00a0pada Jumat (26\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n<div id=\"bn_019ng1zd5ccw\" data-data-w=\"0\">\n<div id=\"bn_djCAsWYg9c\" data-i=\"0\" data-data-w=\"542\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Hal ini mempertegas bahwa pola tidur kita sebenarnya adalah &#8220;peta&#8221; yang menggambarkan apa yang sedang terjadi di dalam pikiran. Lebih lanjut, dia menyoroti bagaimana depresi memengaruhi\u00a0siklus tidur\u00a0manusia secara berbeda, tergantung pada fase yang sedang dialami oleh pasien tersebut. Perubahan kimiawi di otak pada saat depresi dapat mengubah ritme sirkadian tubuh secara drastis.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, BlinkMacSystemFont, -apple-system, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Open Sans', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">\u201cSiklus tidur juga dapat bervariasi berdasarkan setiap jenis tahap depresi. Pada pasien dengan tahap depresi unipolar, tingkat tidur biasanya rendah yang membuat mereka merasa lelah. Dampak dari pengabaian terhadap kualitas tidur ini tidak bisa disepelekan karena dapat mengganggu fungsi kehidupan sehari-hari secara signifikan.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika seseorang tidak mendapatkan tidur yang cukup atau berkualitas, fungsi kognitif otak adalah hal pertama yang akan mengalami penurunan. Hal ini sering kali dibarengi dengan munculnya rasa mudah tersinggung, penurunan energi yang drastis, hingga kesulitan besar untuk berkonsentrasi dalam aktivitas sederhana sekalipun.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, gangguan tidur sekecil apa pun, mulai dari sekadar rasa gelisah di atas kasur hingga ketidakmampuan untuk terlelap, sebaiknya tidak diabaikan.
