Kompres air hangat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mengompres area perut bagian bawah dengan air hangat atau bantal pemanas dapat merilekskan otot rahim dan meningkatkan aliran darah. &#8220;Bantal pemanas atau botol air hangat meningkatkan aliran darah dan merilekskan otot rahim. Satu studi menunjukkan patch panas bekerja seefektif ibuprofen dalam meredakan nyeri haid,&#8221; ujar dr Sood.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Minuman herbal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teh dari jahe dan chamomile memiliki efek antiinflamasi dan antispasmodik. Dokter Sood mengatakan, jahe terbukti menurunkan tingkat nyeri dan sering seefektif NSAID, tapi dengan efek samping lebih minim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
