UMP 2026 Masih Menggantung, Pemprov Jatim Tunggu Ketok Palu Presiden<\/h1>\n

SURABAYA, Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> – Proses penetapan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) 2026 di Jawa Timur masih tertahan. Pemerintah Provinsi Jatim belum bisa melangkah lebih jauh lantaran menunggu regulasi resmi dari pemerintah pusat sebagai dasar hukum penetapan upah.<\/p>\n

Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Jatim, Sigit Priyanto, menegaskan daerah tidak boleh mendahului kebijakan pusat. Hingga kini, aturan penetapan UMP masih dalam proses penandatanganan Presiden.<\/p>\n

\u201cSoal UMP, kami masih menunggu dari kementerian. Informasi terakhir, regulasinya masih ditandatangani Pak Presiden. Kita di daerah tidak boleh mendahului,\u201d ujar Sigit, Rabu (17\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n

Disnakertrans Jatim, kata Sigit, terus menjalin komunikasi intensif dengan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. Dari koordinasi terakhir, regulasi penetapan UMP 2026 disebut sudah berada di meja Presiden.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaya sudah hubungi Bu Dirjen. Informasinya, regulasi itu sudah di meja Pak Presiden. Jadi kita tunggu saja,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Terkait besaran UMP 2026, Sigit menegaskan belum ada angka pasti. Berbagai prediksi dan usulan\u2014termasuk tuntutan buruh agar UMP naik di kisaran 8,5 hingga 10 persen\u2014masih sebatas wacana.<\/p>\n

\u201cYang di media itu masih usulan. Nanti kami akan menggunakan pedoman resmi dari kementerian,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan, penetapan UMP kini sepenuhnya berbasis kajian akademik pemerintah pusat, melibatkan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, Dewan Ekonomi Nasional, hingga kementerian terkait lainnya.<\/p>\n

Sigit berharap keputusan Presiden bisa terbit sebelum akhir tahun agar pembahasan bersama Dewan Pengupahan Jawa Timur segera dilakukan.<\/p>\n
