{"id":268721,"date":"2025-12-15T12:39:32","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T05:39:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=268721"},"modified":"2025-12-15T12:30:32","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T05:30:32","slug":"mou-pemprov-jatim-kejati-restorative-justice-didorong-merata-ke-8-494-desa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/12\/15\/mou-pemprov-jatim-kejati-restorative-justice-didorong-merata-ke-8-494-desa\/","title":{"rendered":"MoU Pemprov Jatim\u2013Kejati: Restorative Justice Didorong Merata ke 8.494 Desa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>MoU Pemprov Jatim\u2013Kejati: Restorative Justice Didorong Merata ke 8.494 Desa<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Surabaya, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\">Nawacita.co<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofifah Indar Parawansa menegaskan komitmen Pemprov Jatim untuk memperluas layanan Restorative Justice (RJ) hingga menjangkau seluruh desa dan kelurahan.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut Ia sampaikan pada saat menandatangani MoU dengan Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur bersama seluruh Wali dan Bupati seluruh Jatim yang hadiri di Aula Fakultas Hukum UNAIR, Surabaya, pada Senin (15\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dari total 8.494 desa dan kelurahan, saat ini baru sekitar 1.800 desa yang telah memiliki Rumah Restorative Justice,&#8221; papar Khofifah.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menengaskan bahwa hal itu tentu belum cukup. Khofifah mengungkap jika tugas pemerintah dan Kejati masih besar agar layanan ini benar-benar landing dan merata di seluruh Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/12\/12\/keadilan-menyapa-desa-menkum-ri-resmikan-ribuan-posbankum-di-jatim\/\">Keadilan Menyapa Desa: Menkum RI Resmikan Ribuan Posbankum di Jatim<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Khofifah menilai kerja sama ini sebagai langkah strategis untuk memperkuat peran desa dalam penyelesaian konflik sosial. Ia mendorong kepala desa berperan sebagai peacemaker, didukung jaringan paralegal dari berbagai organisasi kemasyarakatan yang disinergikan dengan Kejaksaan RI.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInisiatif ini akan seiring dengan program besar yang diinisiasi Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Khofifah berharap komunikasi teknis antara Pemprov Jatim, Kejaksaan Tinggi, serta para kepala daerah dapat terus diperkuat.
