Gilang Putra Irawan, menegaskan bahwa penentuan menu Program Makan Bergizi (MBG) untuk siswa tidak dilakukan secara asal. Sejak awal operasional, pihaknya menerapkan metode survei berbasis data konsumsi riil siswa.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami tidak langsung tahu menu apa yang disukai anak-anak. Jadi setiap makanan yang tersisa kami timbang. Dari situ kami evaluasi mana yang habis, mana yang tidak dimakan,\u201d ujar Gilang pada Jum&#8217;at (5\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan secara berkala. Menu disusun dalam siklus 12 hari, lalu terus disempurnakan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan lapangan. Limbah organik dan anorganik dipisahkan sejak awal.
