Hal ini sejalan dengan revisi Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 44 Tahun 2005 Tata Cara Penyertaan Dan Penatausahaan Modal Negara Pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara Dan Perseroan Terbatas.<\/p>\n<p>Sedikitnya ada 6 sektor <em>holding<\/em> BUMN yang akan diselesaikan hingga akhir tahun 2016, antara lain sektor minyak dan gas, pertambangan, jalan tol, jasa keuangan, perumahan, dan pangan.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Menteri BUMN Rini Soemarno dalam acara IBD Expo 2016 di JCC Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (8\/9\/2016).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>Holding<\/em> masih dalam proses. Sebagai bagian dari <em>holding<\/em> adalah ada usulan dan direview bersama-sama di Kemenko dan kementerian terkait untuk ada sedikit tambahan pasal di PP 44. Jadi sekarang sudah ada di Mensesneg,&#8221; jelas Rini.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah revisi PP Nomor 44 Tahun 2005 selesai dilakukan, maka <em>holding<\/em> yang pertama kali dibentuk adalah <em>holding<\/em> minyak dan gas dengan menyatukan Pertamina dan PGN.<\/p>\n<p>Proses <em>holding<\/em>-isasi kemudian dilanjutkan oleh 5 sektor lainnya. Rini optimistis <em>holding<\/em>-isasi 6 sektor BUMN selesai akhir tahun 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Itu rata-rata sebelum akhir tahun,&#8221; ujar Rini.<\/p>\n<p>Disinggung mengenai kemungkinan <em>superholding <\/em>seperti yang sudah dilakukan di Singapura dan Malaysia, Rini menjawab hal tersebut mungkin saja terjadi setelah <em>holding<\/em> per sektor selesai. Menurutnya, yang terpenting saat ini adalah menyelesaikan <em>holding <\/em>6 sektor BUMN yang sudah direstui Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ada pemikiran ke sana (<em>superholding<\/em>) tapi setelah kita melihat tentunya dengan proses hasil-hasil dari kalau kita sudah membuat sektoral <em>holding<\/em> perkembanganya bagaimana.
