Gunakan rasio 1 cangkir buah, 1 cangkir sayuran hijau, sumber protein, dan sedikit lemak sehat. Dengan begitu, smoothie tak hanya manis alami, tapi juga mengenyangkan dan bergizi seimbang.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Jus jeruk 100 persen<\/h3>\n<p>Segelas jus jeruk murni tanpa tambahan gula bukan sekadar minuman sarapan, tapi juga sumber vitamin C, folat, dan kalium. Gula dalam jeruk termasuk gula alami yang datang bersama antioksidan seperti flavonoid, yang baik untuk jantung dan daya tahan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, porsinya perlu dijaga. Idealnya cukup 120-180 ml (sekitar setengah gelas) dan dikombinasikan dengan protein atau lemak sehat seperti telur, oatmeal, atau roti gandum. Cara ini membantu memperlambat penyerapan gula dan menjaga energi tetap stabil.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Susu cokelat<\/h3>\n<p>Meski terdengar seperti camilan anak-anak, susu cokelat sebenarnya bisa menjadi minuman pemulih energi pasca-olahraga. Campuran karbohidrat dan protein di dalamnya membantu memperbaiki otot dan mengganti cadangan energi tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Jika menggunakan susu nabati seperti kedelai atau kacang polong yang diperkaya kalsium dan vitamin D, manfaatnya tak kalah dari susu sapi. Pilih varian tanpa tambahan gula berlebih, dan Anda akan mendapatkan minuman lezat sekaligus bergizi tinggi.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Kombucha<\/h3>\n<p>Sekilas terasa manis dan berkarbonasi seperti soda, kombucha justru termasuk minuman sehat hasil fermentasi teh dengan kultur bakteri dan ragi (SCOBY). Proses fermentasi ini mengubah sebagian besar gula menjadi probiotik dan asam organik yang baik untuk pencernaan dan kekebalan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Namun, tidak semua kombucha di pasaran sama. Beberapa merek menambahkan jus atau gula tambahan setelah fermentasi.
