(Foto: Halodoc).<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Generasi Z terbukti menjadi kelompok paling rentan di lingkungan kerja, di mana 91% di antaranya kerap menghadapi tantangan kesehatan mental dan 35% mengalami depresi.<\/p>\n<p>Meski sekitar 60% karyawan mengaku puas dengan pekerjaannya saat ini, fakta menariknya mereka tetap aktif mencari peluang kerja lain. Fenomena ini, yang dikenal dengan istilah &#8220;puas tetapi ingin keluar&#8221;, menjadi sinyal penting bahwa tekanan mental yang terus menumpuk telah menjadi faktor pendorong utama perpindahan talenta di dunia kerja modern.<\/p>\n<p>Isu kesehatan mental di tempat kerja juga menjadi perhatian serius jutaan pekerja di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil Survey Workplace Wellbeing Score Indonesia 2025, tingkat kesejahteraan mental pekerja di Tanah Air masih berada di bawah rata-rata global, yakni sebesar 50,98% berbanding 58,62%.<\/p>\n<p>Kondisi ini berdampak langsung pada produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan, ditandai dengan peningkatan angka absensi dan penurunan produktivitas kerja. Tidak sedikit pekerja yang secara fisik hadir di tempat kerja, namun secara mental mengalami kelelahan dan kehilangan semangat kerja.<\/p>\n<p>Kartika Amelia, pakar HR dari HCC (Human Care Consulting), mengatakan bahwa perusahaan yang belum memiliki sistem deteksi dan penanganan stres secara dini sering terlambat menyadari turunnya performa tim. Tanpa deteksi dini, Perusahaan bisa kehilangan produktivitas yang nilainya bisa mencapai puluhan juta rupiah per karyawan setiap bulan,&#8221; kata Kartika.<\/p>\n<p>Menanggapi situasi ini, ia merekomendasikan pengembangan Psychological Check-Up (PCU) sebagai solusi strategis penting.
