Alarm Industri Mebel Lokal: Serbuan Produk Impor Murah Tiongkok Bunuh Lapangan Kerja di Negeri Sendiri<\/h1>\n

Surabaya, Nawacita.co<\/a><\/strong> – Para pelaku industri mebel dan kerajinan di Indonesia kini berada di ujung tanduk. Serbuan produk impor murah asal Tiongkok membuat banyak pengusaha lokal megap-megap mempertahankan usahanya.<\/p>\n

Direktur PT Multi Modern Nusantara (Multimo), Rudy Tjokrosuwarno, sekaligus pengurus Asosiasi Industri Permebelan dan Kerajinan Indonesia (ASMINDO), menilai kondisi pasar domestik sudah sangat mengkhawatirkan. Barang-barang impor yang dijual murah di platform e-commerce dan toko ritel membuat produk lokal tersisih di negeri sendiri.<\/p>\n

\u201cKalau kita lihat di toko online, harganya sudah tidak masuk akal. Barang dari Cina menyerbu ke sini dengan harga supermurah. Konsumen memang merasa diuntungkan, tapi mereka lupa\u2014saat menikmati harga murah itu, bisa jadi orang tuanya atau saudaranya kehilangan pekerjaan,\u201d ujar Rudy.<\/p>\n

Menurut Rudy, produk-produk Tiongkok bisa dijual jauh lebih murah bukan karena efisiensi produksi, melainkan karena praktik dumping\u2014yakni menjual barang di bawah harga modal hanya untuk menghabiskan stok.<\/p>\n

\u201cMereka produksi besar-besaran. Begitu tren berakhir, stok menumpuk, dijual murah asal tidak rugi total. Kadang modalnya Rp500 ribu, dijual Rp250 ribu. Buat kami pengusaha lokal, ini sangat memberatkan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Rudy menegaskan praktik semacam itu, lanjutnya, tidak hanya mengacaukan harga pasar, tetapi juga menggerus daya saing industri nasional dan mengancam keberlangsungan lapangan kerja di sektor manufaktur.<\/p>\n

Ia juga menilai pemerintah harus turun tangan lebih serius melindungi industri nasional. Menurutnya, kebijakan Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) sebenarnya baik, tetapi belum berjalan optimal di lapangan.<\/p>\n

\u201cTKDN itu bagus, tapi pelaksanaannya sulit. Kadang justru importir yang bisa cari celah untuk tetap lolos. Kami berharap pemerintah bisa lebih tegas dan memberi kemudahan bagi pengusaha lokal untuk berproduksi,\u201d kata Rudy.<\/p>\n

Ia menambahkan, kebijakan ekonomi harus berpihak pada kepentingan rakyat, yakni memastikan masyarakat tetap punya pekerjaan.<\/p>\n

\u201cProteksi itu penting, tapi yang paling penting adalah lapangan kerja. Kalau industri dalam negeri mati karena kalah saing, percuma bicara tentang proteksi atau keberlanjutan. Tidak ada yang bisa dilindungi kalau rakyatnya sudah kehilangan pekerjaan,\u201d pungkas Rudy.<\/p>\n

Dengan tekanan impor yang makin besar dan kebijakan yang belum berpihak sepenuhnya, suara para pengusaha seperti Rudy menjadi alarm keras bagi pemerintah. Tanpa langkah konkret, industri mebel dan kerajinan lokal terancam kehilangan ruang hidup di negeri sendiri.<\/p>\n
