Masing-masing jenis yoga itu memiliki tingkat kesulitan dan menawarkan manfaat yang berbeda-beda.<\/p>\n<p>Tipikal yoga bisa dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan dan kecocokan. Dirangkum dari berbagai sumber, berikut merupakan jenis-jenis yoga beserta manfaat yang ditawarkannya:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Ashtanga<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nYoga yang berasal dari ajaran kuno ini menghubungkan setiap gerakan dengan tarikan nafas. Yoga ashtanga biasanya melakukan gerakan dalam urutan tertentu tanpa henti. Tarikan nafas pada yoga ini berfungsi untuk memusatkan pikiran sehingga dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan kekuatan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Hatha<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nYoga hatha memiliki gerakan yoga dasar. Dalam yoga ini, setiap orang bisa menentukan gaya dan kecepatan dalam gerakan yang diinginkan. Yoga ini cocok untuk pemula.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Vinyasa<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nJenis yoga ini hampir serupa dengan ashtanga dan hatha. Yoga ini memiliki sekitar 12 gerakan yang dapat memperkuat kondisi tubuh. Yoga ini pas untuk pemula atau ahli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Restoratif<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nYoga restoratif cocok untuk meredakan peregangan, cedera dan stres dengan gerakan yang santai dan menenangkan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Bikram\/Hot Yoga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yoga dalam ruangan panas sekitar 35-37 derajat celcius ini menawarkan rangkaian pose yang bervariasi. Setidaknya bikram memiliki 26 rangkaian gerakan.\u00a0Panas dalam ruangan ini membantu untuk detoksifikasi tubuh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Kundalini<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nJenis yoga ini melakukan pendekatan spiritual dan filosofis untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pikiran. Kundalini membuat energi dapat menjadi meditasi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Kripalu<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nYoga kripalu bakal menuntun setiap orang yang melakukannya untuk menemukan jati diri. Yoga ini fokus pada pengembangan diri dengan gerakan-gerakan yang membuat terhubung dengan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.Iyengar\/Anusara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yoga ini melibatkan beberapa alat peraga seperti tali dan balok. Untuk kelas pemula sebaiknya mencoba yoga Anusara karena gerakan lebih mudah dilakukan. Sedangkan pada yoga iyengar, beberapa gerakan cenderung dilakukan dengan lambat dalam tempo yang lama.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Power Yoga<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nYoga ini menekankan pada penggunaan otot sehingga dapat meningkatkan metabolisme dan membakar kalori lebih banyak. Yoga ini sering kali dianggap yoga dengan gaya paling atletik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Prenatal<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nYoga ini paling tepat untuk untu calon ibu yang tengah mengandung. Yoga prenatal dapat meningkatkan kekuatan dan mengatur pernapasan sekaligus menghilangkan rasa sakit di masa kehamilan.
