Manfaat lain yakni mendukung produksi kolagen yang menjaga kekencangan dan elastisitas kulit, serta melembapkan kulit dengan memperkuat pelindung kulit.<\/p>\n<p>Para peneliti juga mencatat bahwa kesehatan usus merupakan faktor kunci seberapa banyak karotenoid yang akan diserap oleh tubuh saat mengonsumsi makanan kaya karotenoid. Selain itu, karotenoid juga memiliki bioaviliabilitas yang lebih tinggi ketika dikonsumsi dengan lemak tak jenuh atau ketika dimasak sebentar.<\/p>\n<p>Meski demikian, kedalaman interpretasi mungkin memiliki hasil yang berbeda karena studi dilakukan dengan metode yang bervariasi.
