Langkah yang ia berikan dianjurkan dilakukan ketika pagi hari.<\/p>\n<p>Pada langkah pertama, Michelle menyarankan untuk mengawali hari dengan meminum air lemon atau cuka sari apel. Minuman sehat itu akan membantu tubuh terhidrasi dengan baik jika diseduh menggunakan air hangat.<\/p>\n<p>Kedua cairan memiliki fungsi untuk melancarkan pencernaan, membuang racun dan mengurangi kembung, membuat tubuh menjadi basa dan mendukung detoksifikasi hati, menstabilkan gula darah untuk membantu mengatasi rasa lapar di kemudian hari.<\/p>\n<p>Berikutnya yakni terkena paparan sinar matahari selama 30 menit setelah bangun tidur, yang akan mendukung pengaturan jam biologis individu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Paparkan sinar matahari pada kulit dan mata anda.
