{"id":255612,"date":"2025-08-02T12:32:26","date_gmt":"2025-08-02T05:32:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/?p=255612"},"modified":"2025-08-02T12:32:26","modified_gmt":"2025-08-02T05:32:26","slug":"layanan-terganggu-kai-berikan-pengembalian-tiket-penuh-kepada-pelanggan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/08\/02\/layanan-terganggu-kai-berikan-pengembalian-tiket-penuh-kepada-pelanggan\/","title":{"rendered":"Layanan Terganggu, KAI Berikan Pengembalian Tiket Penuh kepada Pelanggan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Layanan Terganggu, KAI Berikan Pengembalian Tiket Penuh kepada Pelanggan<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Surabaya, <a href=\"http:\/\/Nawacita.co\">Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 8 Surabaya menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada seluruh pelanggan atas ketidaknyamanan yang terjadi akibat pembatalan sejumlah perjalanan kereta api pada hari ini, Sabtu (2\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Pembatalan tersebut merupakan imbas dari gangguan operasional yang terjadi di Stasiun Pegadenbaru sejak Jumat (1\/8) dan hingga kini masih dalam proses penanganan oleh tim teknis KAI.<\/p>\n<p>Guna menjaga keselamatan dan kelancaran layanan, KAI melakukan penyesuaian operasi dengan membatalkan dan mengalihkan beberapa perjalanan kereta api.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/08\/01\/kai-daop-8-menang-gugatan-aset-rumah-di-jalan-penataran-no-7-sah-milik-pt-kai\/\">KAI Daop 8 Menang Gugatan, Aset Rumah di Jalan Penataran No. 7 Sah Milik PT KAI<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tercatat, sebanyak sembilan perjalanan KA dari wilayah Daop 8 Surabaya dibatalkan, meliputi:<\/p>\n<p>KA 1 Argo Bromo Anggrek (Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Gambir)<\/p>\n<p>KA 39 Sembrani (Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Gambir)<\/p>\n<p>KA 93 Jayabaya (Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Malang)<\/p>\n<p>KA 94\u201391 Jayabaya (Malang \u2013 Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Pasar Senen)<\/p>\n<p>KA 163 Gumarang (Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Pasar Senen)<\/p>\n<p>KA 29F Anjasmoro (Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Gambir)<\/p>\n<p>KA 251 Jayakarta (Surabaya Gubeng \u2013 Pasar Senen)<\/p>\n<p>KA 253 Kertajaya (Surabaya Pasarturi \u2013 Pasar Senen)<\/p>\n<p>KA 5 Argo Semeru (Surabaya Gubeng \u2013 Gambir)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami mohon maaf kepada seluruh pelanggan atas ketidaknyamanan ini. Keselamatan dan keamanan perjalanan kereta api merupakan prioritas utama kami. KAI terus melakukan koordinasi intensif agar penanganan gangguan di Pegadenbaru dapat segera diselesaikan dan operasional kembali normal,\u201d ujar Luqman Arif, Manager Humas KAI Daop 8 Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam situasi ini, sebagian kereta api yang terdampak telah dialihkan melalui jalur alternatif, namun sebagian lainnya terpaksa dibatalkan demi keselamatan operasional.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab, KAI memberikan kompensasi penuh berupa pengembalian bea tiket sebesar 100% kepada pelanggan yang terdampak, baik karena pembatalan maupun keterlambatan tinggi.
