Tempe sendiri merupakan makanan yang kaya akan nutrisi. Masyarakat kita lebih sering mengolah tempe dengan digoreng.<\/p>\n<p>Teknik lain mengolah tempe yakni dengan menggoreng tempe yang sudah dilumuri tepung. Tapi siapa sangka, menggoreng tempe ternyata tidak dianjurkan. Dilansir dari\u00a0<em>Sajian Sedap<\/em>, makanan yang terbuat dari kedelai ini bisa berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan jika digoreng.<\/p>\n<p>Apalagi menggoreng tempe mendoan atau yang dilumuri tepung ternyata meningkatkan kalori. Namun bakteri baik itulah yang mudah rusak jika dipanaskan. Hal yang perlu diingat, guru besar IPB ini mengingatkan bahwa tempe sudah mengandung MSG.
