Energi Negeri Mandiri (ENM) dengan PT. Serba Dinamik Indonesia (SDI) Tahun 2022 sampai 2023 resmi ditahan Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung pada Jum&#8217;at, 20 Juni 2025.<\/p>\n<p>ENM sendiri diketahui sebagai anak perusahaan dari Migas Utama Jabar (MUJ) uang merupakan salah satu BUMD milik Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung, Irfan Wibowo mengungkap, tiga pelaku yang ditahan Kajari Kota Bandung diantaranya berinisial BT selaku Dirut PT Migas Utama Jabar tahun 2015 &#8211; 2023, NW selaku Direktur PT. Serba Dinamik Indonesia Tahun 2008 sampai sekarang dan RAP selaku Direktur PT. Energi Negeri Mandiri Tahun 2020 &#8211; 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBidang Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung telah menetapkan 3 (dua) orang Tersangka Inisial BT, NW dan RAP pada Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,\u201d ungkap Irfan melalui keterangan resminya pada Jumat (20\/6\/2025).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/06\/13\/empat-tersangka-korupsi-dana\/\">Kejati Jabar Tahan Empat Tersangka Kasus Korupsi Dana Hibah Pramuka Kota Bandung, Negara Rugi Rp 6,5 Miliar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Irfan menjelaskan, BT selaku Direktur PT. Migas Utama Jabar Tahun 2015 &#8211; 2023 menerbitkan Surat Tidak Berkeberatan (Non Objection Letter) kerjasama antara PT. ENM dengan PT. SDI dengan nomor 2000.E\/NOL\/DIR\/MUJ\/VII\/2022 pada tanggal 15 Juli 2022 tanpa memperhatikan Kajian Analisa Bisnis pada Project Summary yang kurang matang serta tidak memperhatikan prinsip GCG.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian, NW selaku Direktur PT. SDI yang bekerjasama dengan PT. ENM atas perjanjian sub kontraktor dari pekerjaan utama dengan anak perusahaan PT. Pertamina tanpa sepengetahuan pemilik pekerjaan atau kontrak utama telah memberikan pekerjaan kepada PT. ENM lebih dari 50 persen. Dimana seharusnya, perjanjian sub kontraktor tersebut apabila diberikan tidak boleh lebih 50 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, PT SDI juga dinilai tidak meneruskan pembayaran dari Anak Perusahaan Pertamina kepada PT. ENM sehingga PT. ENM mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 86.293.231.368.<\/p>\n<p>Serta, RAP selaku Direktur PT. ENM yang bekerjasama dengan PT. SDI atas perjanjian sub kontraktor dari Pekerjaan Utama dengan Anak Perusahaan PT. Pertamina tanpa sepengetahuan pemilik Pekerjaan\/Kontrak Utama telah enerima pekerjaan kepada PT. ENM lebih dari 50 persen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTidak melaksanakan Rekomendasi Project Summary yang menyatakan \u2018PT. ENM perlu membuat penilaian risiko yang lebih mendalam terkait dengan detail proyek yang akan dilakukan serta menjalankan seluruh rencana mitigasi agar meminimalisir potensi risiko yang akan didapatkan PT. ENM\u2019,\u201d jelas Irfan.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya itu, para tersangka dinilai tidak mempertimbangkan prinsip-prinsip dalam Good Corporate Govemance. Sehingga menyebabkan PT. ENM mengalami gagal penerimaan pembayaran dari PT. Serba Dinamik Indonesia dan mengalami kerugian Rp. 86.293.231.368.<\/p>\n<p>Penyidik Kejari Kota Bandung telah melakukan pendalaman bersama Auditor Keuangan Negara terkait kerugian keuangan yang dialami.
