Proses pembuatannya harus diungkep dengan bumbu ketumbar dan gula Jawa. Intip resepnya!<\/p>\n<p>Baceman merupakan sajian khas Jawa yang bahan utamanya berupa tahu dan tempe. Selain dijadikan lauk pelengkap hidangan, tahu dan tempe bacem juga bisa dinikmati sebagai camilan bersama jadah ketan.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk membuat tahu dan tempe bacem juga mudah. Bahan utama baceman hanya perlu diungkep saja sampai bumbu meresap. Sebaiknya disusun satu per satu agar bumbu meresap sempurna.<\/li>\n<li>Tuang air kelapa dan air putih. Masak dengan api sedang bersama bumbu halus, daun salam, gula Jawa, dan lengkuas.<\/li>\n<li>Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan tahu tempe berubah warna kecokelatan.<\/li>\n<li>Aduk sesekali, jangan sampai tahu hancur. Jika kuah sudah susut, matikan api.<\/li>\n<li>Tahu dan tempe bacem bisa langsung disajikan.
