Ini Takaran Aman Konsumsi Susu Harian untuk Anak Menurut Ahli Gizi<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Jakarta, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\">Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> | Guru Besar Keamanan Pangan dan Gizi IPB University, Prof Ahmad Sulaeman, mengimbau orang tua tidak memberikan\u00a0susu\u00a0secara berlebihan kepada anak. Ia menekankan bahwa asupan susu harian sebaiknya disesuaikan dengan usia dan kebutuhan anak.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, konsumsi susu secara berlebih justru dapat mengganggu keseimbangan gizi dan menimbulkan risiko kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Berapa banyak kita harus minum susu, itu sangat tergantung pada usia. Sejak bayi, apalagi di bawah 6 bulan, semua kebutuhan gizi bisa terpenuhi dari ASI. Setelah itu, ASI saja mungkin tidak cukup, dan setelah usia satu tahun, anak membutuhkan tambahan makanan lain atau MPASI,&#8221; kata Ahmad dalam keterangan tertulis.<\/p>\n<p>la menyarankan, anak usia sekitar satu tahun untuk mengonsumsi susu hanya berkisar 400 hingga 600 mililiter per hari. Karena meskipun menyediakan protein, lemak, beberapa vitamin, dan karbohidrat, susu (khususnya susu sapi) tidak mengandung semua nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tubuh untuk pertumbuhan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ketika anak mulai tumbuh, yang dibutuhkan bukan hanya protein dan lemak. Akibatnya, kata Prof Ahmad, asupan gizi menjadi tidak seimbang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tidak bagus anak minum susu saja, nanti dia tidak tertarik pada makanan-makanan lain, akibatnya dia tidak mendapatkan gizi yang seimbang,&#8221; kata\u00a0dia.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmad memaparkan, gizi seimbang harus memenuhi kebutuhan sesuai usia, aktivitas, dan kondisi tubuh. Bahkan kemungkinan karena di susu itu banyak lemaknya, bisa jadi obes (obesitas) gemuk,&#8221; kata\u00a0dia.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, hal tersebut bisa menyebabkan ketergantungan yang besar pada susu. Anak jadi kurang semangat untuk mengonsumsi makanan lain yang justru juga penting untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mereka.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Anak juga bisa mengalami kekurangan zat besi karena kurang mengonsumsi makanan lain yang kaya akan zat besi,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, ia menegaskan, pembatasan sekitar 400-600 mililiter per hari bertujuan agar anak tetap mau mengonsumsi makanan lain, sehingga kebutuhan gizi yang seimbang dapat terpenuhi secara optimal.<strong> rpblk<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jangan Berlebihan!
