Namun di balik kenikmatan tersebut, kebiasaan makan daging berlebihan terutama jika diolah dengan cara yang tidak sehat bisa meningkatkan risiko penyakit serius seperti kolesterol tinggi, penyakit jantung, hingga diabetes melitus.<\/p>\n<p>Pakar gizi dari Universitas Airlangga, Lailatul Muniroh, mengatakan masyarakat sering melakukan kesalahan dalam mengolah dan mengonsumsi daging. &#8220;Sering kali daging dikonsumsi berlebihan, termasuk jeroan yang tinggi kolesterol, lalu dimasak dengan cara digoreng atau dimasak menggunakan santan. Teknik memasak bersuhu tinggi seperti dibakar atau digoreng, apalagi hingga gosong, dapat menghasilkan senyawa toksik.<\/p>\n<p>Sebaliknya, metode merebus atau mengukus daging dinilai lebih aman secara kimia dan tetap menjaga kandungan gizinya. &#8220;Memang tidak serta-merta menghilangkan lemak, tapi metode memasak suhu rendah seperti mengukus jauh lebih sehat daripada membakar hingga hangus,&#8221; kata Lailatul.<\/p>\n<div id=\"bn_tl8ihb83g5q\" data-data-w=\"0\">\n<div id=\"bn_djCAsWYg9c\" data-i=\"0\" data-data-w=\"542\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>la juga membantah sejumlah mitos seputar daging, seperti anggapan bahwa mencuci daging dengan air panas atau jeruk nipis bisa mengurangi kadar kolesterol. Faktanya, menurut Lailatul, daging kambing justru memiliki kandungan lemak jenuh dan kalori yang lebih rendah dalam banyak kasus.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yang penting bukan jenis dagingnya, tapi jumlah dan cara pengolahannya. Lalu porsi aman daging merah matang adalah 50-70 gram per sajian, maksimal dua hingga tiga kali dalam seminggu,&#8221; jelas dia.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk menjaga kesehatan, Lailatul menyarankan agar konsumsi daging disertai dengan makanan berserat tinggi seperti sayur dan buah. Selain membantu pencernaan, serat juga membantu menurunkan risiko gangguan metabolik.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Daging bukan musuh. Kuncinya ada pada pola makan yang seimbang dan kesadaran dalam mengolahnya.
