Menurut dokter gizi Dr dr Luciana Sutanto, MS, SpGK. Lemak dapat diubah menjadi kolesterol oleh tubuh,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya daging kambing boleh diolah dalam berbagai macam menu. Dengan catatan jumlah yang dikonsumsi harus dibatasi agar tidak memicu kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"b2\">Luciana mengatakan untuk menjaga tubuh tetap sehat setelah menyantap hidangan Hari Raya, masyarakat dianjurkan untuk tetap mengonsumsi lauk yang dilengkapi dengan sumber karbohidrat seperti nasi atau kentang. Ia mengingatkan agar masyarakat tetap mengonsumsi sayur dan buah-buahan yang mengandung banyak mineral, seperti bayam, semangka dan jeruk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"b2\">Ahli gizi\u00a0dari Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) Jakarta Fitri Hudayani mengatakan\u00a0daging kambing merupakan salah satu dari bahan makanan sumber protein dan lemak yang rata-rata dalam 40 gram\/potongnya mengandung 75 kkal energi, 7 gram protein dan 5 gram lemak.
