Delliza Pusvarini dari Eka Hospital BSD, penyebab utama keracunan makanan adalah mikroorganisme seperti bakteri, jamur, parasit, atau virus yang ikut masuk ke dalam tubuh bersama makanan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Keracunan biasanya terjadi karena seseorang mengonsumsi makanan basi atau yang dipersiapkan secara tidak higienis. Akibatnya, kuman masuk ke saluran pencernaan dan memicu gejala,&#8221; ujar dr. Delliza di Jakarta Jumat (16\/5\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, &#8220;Biasanya, kuman penyebab keracunan butuh waktu untuk berkembang biak di tubuh. Itu sebabnya gejala tidak selalu langsung muncul, sehingga keracunan sulit dideteksi sejak dini.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jika mengalami keracunan, penting untuk tetap tenang dan segera melakukan pertolongan pertama. Selain mendatangi fasilitas kesehatan atau tenaga medis, berikut beberapa langkah yang bisa dilakukan di rumah:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Ini adalah cara alami tubuh untuk mengeluarkan zat beracun dari sistem pencernaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Cukupi Asupan Cairan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keracunan makanan sering menyebabkan muntah dan diare yang bisa menguras cairan tubuh. Pastikan tetap terhidrasi dengan minum air mineral secara rutin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Minum Air Kelapa Murni<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selain air mineral, cairan elektrolit seperti air kelapa murni bisa membantu menggantikan elektrolit tubuh yang hilang akibat muntah dan diare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Konsumsi Makanan Hangat Berkuah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saat mengalami keracunan, tak jarang nafsu kan menurun. Ketika nafsu makan menurun, makanan berkuah dan hangat seperti sup kaldu bisa menjadi pilihan. Pastikan bahan makanan bersih dan diolah dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Istirahat Cukup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tubuh butuh energi untuk melawan infeksi. Istirahat yang cukup dapat membantu proses pemulihan dan meredakan stres akibat ketidaknyamanan akibat eracunan makanan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.
