Makanan dingin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makanan yang sangat dingin seperti es batu, es krim dan nitro puff dapat mengiritasi lapisan saluran napas dan memicu gejala asma. Nitro puff, khususnya, dapat berbahaya karena mengandung nitrogen cair yang dapat merusak saluran makanan dan pernapasan.<\/p>\n<div id=\"bn_9qta7clvw3f\" data-data-w=\"0\">\n<div id=\"bn_djCAsWYg9c\" data-i=\"0\" data-data-w=\"542\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>2. Makanan kaki lima<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makanan kaki lima sering kali terpapar debu dan polutan, sehingga berisiko bagi pasien asma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Buah kering dan acar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buah kering dan acar dapat memicu reaksi alergi atau gangguan pernapasan pada beberapa penderita asma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Aspirin, kopi, dan alergen tertentu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beberapa orang dengan asma sensitif terhadap kafein dan obat-obatan seperti aspirin. Selain itu, alergen makanan apa pun yang sudah diketahui seperti kacang tanah atau produk susu harus benar-benar dihindari.<\/p>\n<p>Lalu apa yang sebaiknya dikonsumsi penderita asma? Dr Chugh menyarankan beberapa makanan yang dapat meredakan gejala asma yaitu buah dan sayuran segar; sumber vitamin D seperti telur, susu, serta paparan sinar matahari; makanan kaya vitamin E seperti biji-bijian dan brokoli; makanan rumahan serta makanan suhu ruang.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKonsumsi makanan dan minuman bersuhu ruang membantu mencegah penyempitan saluran napas yang sering dipicu oleh makanan atau minuman dingin.
