Anda bisa saja susah tidur atau tetap bisa tidur tapi bangun dalam kondisi lelah luar biasa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Menemukan cara untuk mendapatkan maaf atau penyelesaikan atas situasi yang memicu kemarahan dapat membantu menetralkan situasi dan menghemat energi Anda,&#8221; kata Romanoff seperti dilansir dari Very Well Health.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Menumpuk pikiran negatif<\/h3>\n<p>Sebuah riset pada 2016 menemukan tidur dalam kondisi marah atau memikirkan suatu masalah semalaman membuat otak lebih sulit membalikkan asosiasi dan ingatan negatif.<\/p>\n<p>Pemindaian otak menunjukkan ingatan lebih sulit dilepaskan setelah dikonsolidasikan oleh tidur.
