Buncis<\/h3>\n<p>Buncis menjadi salah satu sayuran yang sangat populer di Indonesia karena bisa diolah menjadi sedemikian rupa, seperti aneka tumisan dan menjadi bahan pelengkap. Namun, buncis dikenal memiliki fruktosa tinggi yang bisa menjadi pemicu asam urat.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"2-jamur\">2. Jamur<\/h3>\n<p>Jamur memiliki kandungan purin yang cukup tinggi dalam setiap porsinya. Oleh karena itu, pengidap asam urat wajib menghindari sayuran yang menjadi campuran di banyak hidangan ini.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"3-kembang-kol\">3. Kembang Kol<\/h3>\n<p>Sayuran selanjutnya yang perlu dihindari adalah kembang kol. Sayuran ini biasanya hanya menjadi pelengkap di setiap hidangan. Kembang kol perlu dihindari oleh pengidap asam urat karena memiliki 23 gram purin di setiap 100 gramnya.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"4-asparagus\">4. Asparagus<\/h3>\n<p>Asparagus memiliki kadar kalium dan folat tinggi. Akan tetapi, asparagus adalah salah satu sayuran yang perlu dihindari bagi penderita asam urat karena memiliki kandungan purin tinggi. Melinjo<\/h3>\n<p>Jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan, melinjo bisa menjadi pemicu penyakit asam urat.
