Namun, penelitian baru ini menunjukkan bahwa ada titik tengah yang optimal di mana beberapa gerakan terkontrol justru membantu mengurangi tekanan pada tulang belakang.<\/p>\n<p class=\"b2\">Tim peneliti mengembangkan model muskuloskeletal wanita yang disesuaikan dengan tulang belakang yang diartikulasikan dan sambungan geser antara payudara dan tubuh untuk memungkinkan gerakan payudara. Pendekatan inovatif ini memungkinkan mereka untuk mensimulasikan apa yang terjadi di dalam tubuh saat berlari dengan berbagai jenis bra.<\/p>\n<p>Para ilmuwan menggunakan satu peserta wanita dengan\u00a0ukuran bra\u00a034DD sebagai subjek pengujian mereka. Mereka memasang 59 penanda pada lokasi anatomi di tubuhnya dan memintanya berlari di atas\u00a0<em>force platform<\/em>\u00a0dengan kecepatan yang dipilih sendiri sambil mengenakan tiga kondisi dukungan payudara yang berbeda yakni tanpa bra, bra sehari-hari, dan bra olahraga.<\/p>\n<p class=\"b2\">Studi ini mencakup kondisi bra ekstrem yang disimulasikan selama proses pemodelan. Kondisi hipotesis ini menghilangkan semua gerakan payudara relatif terhadap tubuh, yang pada dasarnya menciptakan skenario di mana payudara tidak dapat bergerak sama sekali. Ketika para peneliti menghilangkan gerakan payudara sepenuhnya dalam model mereka sambil mempertahankan gaya lari yang sama, pengamat\u00a0mengamati peningkatan momen sendi lumbal, yang berarti tekanan lebih besar pada tulang belakang bagian bawah.
