Untuk itu, penting memerhatikan kondisi tubuh dan waktu saat akan minum kopi.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut penelitian baru yang dipublikasikan European Heart Journal, manfaat mengonsumsi kopi tergantung pada waktu Anda meminumnya.<\/p>\n<p>Minum kopi pada pagi hari disebutkan bisa menurunkan risiko meninggal akibat penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian tersebut tidak menunjukkan mengapa minum kopi di pagi hari bisa mengurangi risiko penyakit jantung, tapi salah satu penjelasannya adalah mengonsumsi kopi di sore hari dapat mengganggu jam tubuh internal seseorang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Baca Juga:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/index.php\/2025\/03\/03\/dokter-gizi-ungkap-waktu-terbaik-minum-teh-dan-kopi-saat-puasa\/\">Dokter Gizi Ungkap Waktu Terbaik Minum Teh dan Kopi saat Puasa<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ini adalah studi pertama yang menguji pola waktu minum kopi dan hasil kesehatan,&#8221; kata Dr. Lu Qi, peneliti utama sekaligus Direktur Pusat Penelitian Obesitas Universitas Tulane di New Orleans dalam keterangannya.<\/p>\n<p>Para peneliti mengidentifikasi dua pola waktu konsumsi yakni pagi dan sepanjang hari.<\/p>\n<p>Dibandingkan dengan orang yang tidak minum kopi, minum kopi hanya di pagi hari dikaitkan dengan risiko kematian dini 16% lebih rendah akibat penyebab apa pun dan risiko kematian akibat penyakit kardiovaskular 31% lebih rendah.<\/p>\n<p>Mereka yang cenderung minum kopi sepanjang hari tidak mengalami penurunan risiko. Temuan ini tetap ada bahkan setelah penulis memperhitungkan faktor pengganggu seperti jam tidur, usia, ras, etnis, jenis kelamin, pendapatan keluarga, pendidikan, tingkat aktivitas fisik, skor diet, dan kondisi kesehatan seperti diabetes, hipertensi, dan kolesterol tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi peminum kopi pada pagi hari, jumlah kopi berkafein atau tanpa kafein yang dikonsumsi juga tidak menjadi masalah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penelitian ini bersifat observasional, artinya bukan eksperimen, (yang) merupakan standar emas,&#8221; kata Vanessa King, ahli gizi terdaftar dan juru bicara Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics yang tidak terlibat dalam penelitian ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporter : Denny<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nawacita.co &#8211; Kopi merupakan minuman yang memiliki banyak penggemar.
