Kebiasaan Main Ponsel Jelang Tidur Tingkatkan Risiko Insomnia<\/h1>\n<p><strong>JAKARTA, <a href=\"https:\/\/nawacita.co\/\">Nawacita<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Sebuah penelitian terbaru menemukan bahwa menggunakan ponsel atau perangkat digital selama satu jam setelah waktu tidur dapat meningkatkan risiko\u00a0insomnia\u00a0hingga 59 persen. Bahkan 12 persen dari mereka masih aktif di ponsel saat seharusnya sudah tidur.<\/p>\n<div id=\"bn_fdq59n004n7\" data-data-w=\"0\">\n<div id=\"bn_djCAsWYg9c\" data-i=\"0\" data-data-w=\"542\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"b2\">Studi ini melaporkan sekitar 30 persen mahasiswa di Norwegia, tidur kurang dari 7 jam setiap malam. Bahkan yang lebih mengejutkan, lebih dari 20 persen mahasiswa laki-laki dan 34 persen mahasiswa perempuan melaporkan masalah tidur yang memenuhi kriteria klinis untuk insomnia.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam penelitian ini, peserta dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan jenis aktivitas layar mereka sebelum tidur. Kelompok pertama hanya berselancar media sosial; kelompok selanjutnya melakukan aktivitas campuran yakni media sosial dan aktivis lainnya di ponsel; serta terakhir hanya melakukan aktivitas non-sosial seperti menonton film dan mendengarkan musik.<\/p>\n<p>Uniknya, kelompok yang hanya menggunakan media sosial justru melaporkan tidur lebih lama dan gejala insomnia yang lebih rendah dari dua kelompok lainnya. Di sisi lain, orang yang\u00a0susah tidur\u00a0lebih memilih aktivitas seperti nonton film atau mendengarkan musik untuk menenangkan diri,\u201d kata para peneliti seperti dilansir laman\u00a0<em>Study Finds<\/em>, Rabu (9\/4\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Penelitian ini menunjukkan durasi penggunaan layar setelah waktu tidur memiliki pengaruh yang konsisten terhadap kualitas tidur, terlepas dari jenis aktivitasnya. Artinya, bukan isi konten yang paling menentukan, melainkan lamanya waktu yang dihabiskan di depan layar yang berdampak pada terganggunya waktu istirahat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJika kalian sedang mengalami gangguan tidur, cobalah mengurangi penggunaan perangkat di tempat tidur, idealnya berhenti pada 30 hingga 60 menit sebelum tidur.
