Namun, penting untuk diingat bahwa memanaskan\u00a0hidangan Lebaran\u00a0berulang kali dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Proses ini dapat mengurangi nilai gizi makanan, terutama pada sayuran, dan mengubah lemak dalam masakan bersantan menjadi zat berbahaya bagi tubuh. Selain itu, pemanasan berulang juga meningkatkan risiko pertumbuhan bakteri yang dapat menyebabkan keracunan makanan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"picked-article\"><\/div>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk menghabiskan hidangan Lebaran dalam satu atau dua kali pemanasan saja.\u00a0Dokter Spesialis Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo dr Faisal Parlindungan Sp Pd mengatakan\u00a0proses pemanasan berulang-ulang dapat\u00a0menyebabkan penurunan nilai gizi dan makanan. Namun terdapat beberapa hal yang menjadi perhatian agar nilai gizi maupun diet seimbang dapat terpenuhi selama lebaran,\u201d ujar dokter Faisal di Jakarta, Rabu (2\/4\/2025).<\/p>\n<div class=\"iframe-container\"><\/div>\n<p>Menghidangkan makanan sesuai porsi gizi seimbang juga sebaiknya lakukan, hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan pedoman \u201cIsi Piringku\u201d yang telah disusun oleh Kementerian Kesehatan. Pedoman ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengampanyekan konsumsi makanan sehat dan seimbang.<\/p>\n<p>Dia juga mengingatkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan berserat terlebih dahulu seperti buah dan sayur, hal ini untuk mencegah lonjakan gula darah.
