Tambahkan asupan kalsium dari susu dengan beberapa pilihan sayur berikut, merangkum berbagai sumber.<\/p>\n<h3>1. Bayam<\/h3>\n<p>Bayam jadi salah satu sayuran yang mengandung kalsium. Mengutip Medical News Today, dalam setiap 30 gram (g) bayam terdapat sekitar 29,7 mg kalsium.<\/p>\n<p>Selain kalsium, bayam juga mengandung protein, zat besi, vitamin A, vitamin K, dan serat.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Okra<\/h3>\n<p>Dalam setiap 100 g okra biasanya terdapat sekitar 81-82 mg kalsium.<\/p>\n<p>Selain kalsium, okra juga mengandung serat tidak larut yang dapat melawan sembelit.
