Mitos atau fakta? Simak penjelasannya.<\/p>\n<p>Kolang-kaling mempunyai sifat anti-inflamasi atau antiradang yang diyakini bisa membantu meredakan nyeri lutut atau sendi. Lalu, apakah anggapan masyarakat tersebut benar adanya?<\/p>\n<p>Menjawab hal ini, spesialis gizi klinis dari Mayapada Hospital Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan, dr Oki Yonatan Oentiono, SpGK, PNS (Physician Nutrition Specialist) membenarkan bahwa kolang-kaling memiliki efek anti-radang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya memang pernah baca soal itu ya, (kolang-kaling) mengurangi nyeri sendi, nyeri rematik, nyeri pengapuran, buat sakit di lutut. Kalau kita lihat memang di kolang-kaling itu ada kandungannya galaktomanan, bisa buat apa? Tapi kalau spesifik untuk (mengobati) nyeri sendi, peradangan sendi, belum ada tadi,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Kolang-kaling sendiri merupakan sumber makanan yang kaya akan kalium, sehingga baik untuk kesehatan tulang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lalu, kandungan seratnya juga lumayan, jadi (kolang-kaling) bisa membantu melancarkan buang air besar, sehingga menjaga kesehatan pencernaan.
